The CNC Laser cutting machine is typically used to cut sheet metal such as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum with high precision and speed at an affordable cost. CNC Laser cutting is the best option for both pre-production samples and production batches.

We have state of the art “CO2” technology based “4 KW” CNC laser machine of renowned make “Trumpf “, Germany with bed size 1.5 x 3.0 mtrs. Our expert team is geared up for execution of complex component laser cutting. This machine can produce complex contours with its 0.2 mm laser in:
-Mild Steel (MS) – Up to 18 mm thick
-Stainless Steel (SS) – Up to 12 mm thick (Nitrogen cut)
-Aluminum – Up to 8 mm

We accept both, a) Drawing of the parts as an input or b) finished sample parts from the customer. We have modern vacuum lifting systems for loading sheets on to the laser bed, to overcome sheet handling constraints and enable faster processing. We have an independent UPS backup of 15 minutes which ensures continuity of Laser machine’s operation even when there is a power failure. The UPS keeps the machine in operation till changeover is done to DG.
